Prayagraj Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Prem Prakash said SHO Tilakdhari Saroj was captured from close to the Allahabad High Court.

The 13-year-old young lady, purportedly assaulted by four men more than three days, was physically attacked once more by the SHO of the police headquarters where she had went to document a protest alongside a family member.
